Alex Morgan founded Data Governance Advisors on a single conviction: that governance is the condition that makes ambition survivable. Over twenty years, Alex has advised boards and executive teams across financial services, public sector, and regulated industry on data strategy, AI governance, and the regulatory operating models that hold both together. Before founding the firm, Alex built and ran enterprise data governance programs at two global institutions, giving the practice its practitioner-first character. Alex leads the firm's most senior engagements and is the voice clients trust when the decision is board-level.
